Allgire Family Foundation is offering SCHOLARSHIPS to residents of Affordable Housing who reside in SD County. The foundation seeks to improve lives by creating opportunities and believe it starts with education. The Allgire Foundation strives to ensure that people impacted by affordable housing have the resources to better themselves through education.
ELIGIBILITY
–Resident of San Diego County who has been
affected by affordable housing or desires to
have an impact on affordable housing.
–Be in High School, College bound, or enrolled in
a vocational/technical/certification training
program, or seeking a GED or GED equivalency
–Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and show potential
to succeed in college or training program they
have chosen
–Need financial assistance
–Submit completed application with official transcript (hard copy) or school seal/stamp affixed
SELECTION CRITERIA
–Impact on, or by, affordable housing community
in San Diego county
–Committed to helping others in their community
through community service, academic clubs,
sports, or extra-curricular activities
–Evidence of ability to succeed in pursuing
academic or vocational/technical program goals
NOTE No Allgire Foundation/Allgire General
Contractors team member or relative is eligible
for this scholarship

Application and supporting documentation must be submitted via the Allgire Foundation website with deadlines announced per Scholarship. All applicants will be screened, selected applicants will be invited for an interview with the Selection Committee, and successful applicants will be notified.
