WHAT IS FUND?

The FUND program offers one-time rental assistance to households experiencing temporary financial hardship that threatens their housing stability. Participants work with a financial coach to create a budget and develop a repayment plan for past-due rent. Upon successful completion of the plan, FUND provides matching dollars to eliminate the remaining balance.

Whether it be from a job loss or an unexpected expense, we recognize that financial instability can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. When you’re living paycheck to paycheck, planning ahead feels nearly impossible. The FUND program is unique in that it helps address past-due rent while also equipping you with tools to build a more stable financial future.

Emergencies happen—but with support from FUND, you’ll be better prepared to face them.
