Compass Welcomes First Residents to Two Brand-New Affordable Housing Communities
San Diego, CA — Compass is proud to announce that the first residents have begun moving into two new affordable housing communities: SkyLINE and Symphony at Del Sur. These milestones mark an exciting moment for residents, partners, and the broader community as two thoughtfully designed developments come to life.
Both communities are developed by Affirmed Housing, a leading provider of affordable and supportive housing throughout California, and are professionally managed by ConAm Management. Compass is grateful and excited to be working alongside both organizations as valued partners in supporting these new communities.
SkyLINE, developed in collaboration with the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), is a mixed-use, transit-oriented community adjacent to the Rancho Bernardo Transit Station. The seven-story development includes 100 affordable apartment homes and approximately 14,000 square feet of commercial space, which will serve as the new headquarters for Affirmed Housing. SkyLINE reflects a forward-thinking approach to integrating housing, transit access, and community-centered design.
Also now welcoming residents, Symphony at Del Sur is a brand-new mixed-use affordable apartment community located in San Diego’s Del Sur neighborhood. Designed for both families and individuals, Symphony at Del Sur offers a balance of modern city amenities and access to outdoor recreation—creating a welcoming place to call home in a growing community.
As residents begin settling into these communities, Compass looks forward to bringing its expertise in resident services and after-school programs to help foster connection, stability, and opportunity. Through long-term engagement and community-centered programming, Compass supports residents as they build strong foundations in their new homes.
Compass congratulates all partners involved in bringing SkyLINE and Symphony at Del Sur to fruition and looks forward to watching these communities grow and thrive.
