Bloom Apartments Are Now Open!

Compass is proud to announce that our newest MGP affordable housing community, Bloom Apartments, is officially open and ready to welcome residents!

Located in the heart of Hollywood at 6219 Banner Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90038, Bloom offers residents convenient access to public transit and other transportation options, making it easier to get around without relying on a car.

Bloom Apartments is a 63-unit, 100% affordable housing development featuring thoughtfully designed studios and one-bedroom homes, with every unit income-restricted. Housing Choice Vouchers and other rental subsidies are welcome.

Bloom reflects Compass’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality affordable housing in vibrant, transit-oriented neighborhoods. We’re excited to welcome this new community to our MGP portfolio and continue expanding access to quality affordable housing throughout Los Angeles.
