Bloom is a 64-unit, 100% affordable housing development featuring a thoughtfully designed, primarily stacked layout with a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments. The project reflects Compass's ongoing commitment to providing high-quality affordable housing in vibrant, transit-oriented neighborhoods.
