FUND (Rental Assistance Program)
The FUND program offers one-time rental assistance to households experiencing temporary financial hardship that threatens their housing stability. Participants work with a financial counselor to create a budget and develop a repayment plan for past-due rent. Upon successful completion of the plan, FUND provides matching funds to eliminate the remaining balance. During the repayment period, participants are also required to complete a financial literacy course.
